Prohibited Activities
Prohibited uses of rented vehicle:
- The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or purposes. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or any dangerous driving practices is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials or allowing unauthorized individuals to operate the vehicle is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Additionally, the vehicle should only be used for its intended purpose, and you must adhere to passenger and weight limits. Operating the vehicle outside of the agreed geographical boundaries without prior permission is also not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Bromsgrove is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount paid for the rental in the past 12 months.
